人体内酮体检测技术的研究进展

论述了检测人体内酮体浓度的重要意义和酮体的代谢过程，对各种检测技术的发展过程、检测原理、操作步骤及各自的优缺点进行了比较分析，着重探讨了对血液中β-羟丁酸的检测，并对各种技术的发展方向作了进一步的展望。     

Study of amorphous Ni-La-B/g-Al2O3 catalysts for the production of hydrogen peroxide from carbon monoxide, water and oxygen

Summary Novel amorphous Ni-La-B/-Al₂O₃ catalysts have been developed for the production of hydrogen peroxide from carbon monoxide, water and oxygen. The experimental investigation confirmed that the catalyst dried at 120ºC in air shows the best initial activity. The deactivation of amorphous Ni-La-B/-Al₂O₃ catalysts was also studied.     

Fused Mesoionic Heterocycles: Synthesis of 1,2,4-triazolo(4,3-b)-1,2,4-triazole derivatives

A number of mesoionic compounds derivatives of the bicyclic system 1,2,4-triazolo(4,3-b)-1,2,4-triazole have been prepared from 4-amino-1-methyl-3,5-bis(methylthio)-1,2,4-triazolium iodide and aryl isothiocyanates.     

Synthesis of new derivatives of 4-amino-2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-3-one as potential antibacterial agents

Thirty new 2-substituted-4-amino-5-alkyl or aryl-2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-3-ones and ten 2-substituted-5-alkyl or aryl-4-(5-nitro-2-furfurylidene)amino-2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazol-3-ones were synthesized and characterised by their sharp melting points, elemental analysis, ir and ¹H nmr spectra. These new derivatives of 5-nitro-2-furaldehyde were screened for their antibacterial activities. Most of the compounds showed good activity against one test organism, Staphylococcus aureus. For a few compounds, C.M.I. ranged from 4 to 8 μg/ml (higher results than nitrofurantoin).     

Determination of acid sites on carbon surface

Pyridine chemisorbed on acid sites of active carbon was displaced by n-butylamine and the displaced amount was measured spectrophotometrically. This amount, supposed to be proportional to the surface concentration of carboxy groups, depends on the chemical pretreatment of active carbon.

Reaction of alkenes with hydrogen peroxide and sodium iodide: a nonenzymatic biogenic-like approach to iodohydrins

An efficient protocol to synthesize iodohydrins from alkenes is presented. Reactions were conducted in aqueous media using safe and readily available sodium iodide (the most abundant form of the element), and a highly convenient oxidant such as hydrogen peroxide. Addition of a protic acid triggers a faster and efficient process, a role formally related to that played by haloperoxidase enzymes in naturally occurring transformations. The successful application of these conditions to multigram scale preparations and over natural products derivatives is also discussed.     

Etude des propriétés cristallographiques,diélectriques et d'optique non linéaire de quelques nouvelles phases de composition BaxLi5−2xNb5(1−y)Ta5yO15 et de structure bronzes oxygénés de tungstène quadratiques

Two series of phases with tetragonal bronze-like structure and composition Ba_xLi_5?2xT₅O₁₅ (T = Nb, Ta) have been isolated in the systems BaNb₂O₆LiNbO₃ and BaTa₂O₆LiTaO₃. All these phases show ferroelectric-paraelectric transitions. The Curie temperature increases with the lithium content. The value of T_C for Ba_2.03Li_0.94Nb₅O₁₅ is the highest ever observed for this type of structure: the obtained phases are potentially good materials for the harmonic generation of the 0.53-μm radiation. The optical yield of the niobate Ba_2.14Li_0.71Nb₅O₁₅ is about 2.5 times that of Ba₂NaNb₅O₁₅ and 250 times that of the K.D.P. The crystallographic and dielectric data of the system Ba_2.14Li_0.71Nb₅O₁₅Ba_2.14Li_0.71Ta₅O₁₅ characterize three domains, which are respectively antiferroelectric, ferroelectric, and paraelectric. The Curie temperature and the optical yield decrease with increasing tantalum content.     

Fungicidal properties of meso-arylglycosylporphyrins: influence of sugar substituents on photoinduced damage in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae

A series of neutral meso-arylglycosylporphyrins has been tested in order to evaluate their potency as antifungal agents against the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Photodynamic activity of these molecules results in intracellular damage as evidenced by the loss of clonogenicity and DNA fragmentation. The ability of these photosensitizers to permeate yeast cells is determined by microspectrofluorimetry and is correlated with their antifungal potency. Amphiphilic porphyrin derivatives are shown to exhibit the more pronounced photoactivity.     

Reverse of regioselectivity in intramolecular nucleophilic substitution of pi-allyl palladium species. Highly selective formation of vinylic cyclopropanes via the Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling-cyclization reaction of organic iodides with 2-(2', 3'-Dienyl)malonates

Vinylic cyclopropanes were formed highly selectively via the Pd(PPh(3))(4)-catalyzed insertion-intramolecular nucleophilic substitution reaction of aryl or 1-alkenyl iodides with 2-(2', 3'-dienyl)malonates. The regioselectivity observed here is different from what was reported by Cazes et al.
